compo directs creative processes while matt craig breaks out his collection of pedals to achieve that elusive perfect guitar sound. the rock and roll pours from the speakers - grainy but elegant, brash but comfortable, it’s a morning of hard work but the record is coming together and everyone is feeling good about it.

it is a rare sight to see musicians as practiced and efficient as this group. each player comes in and gets right to work. each take is concise and well rehearsed, and the group covers more than ten tracks a day, a remarkable feat.
